Weird Sexual Dreams And Pregnancy Posted: 12-27-05 14:51pm


For the past couple of weeks I have been having very weird sexually oriented dreams. I am about 24 weeks along. I don't ever remember having such explicit dreams before now. They are so detailed, and involve things that I would never really do in real life. I notice that I have them more when I have to go to sleep horny. Anyone else pregnant, and has had such dreams? I know it is normal, but just wanted to hear your own stories.

No I just have vary messed up dearms...A few nights ago I had a dream adout one of my friends head being cut off...O.O

Lol. I get weird dreams too, not sexual ones though!

Yikes! Heads being cut off? I haven't had any scary dreams like that. They have mainly just been sexual in nature.

No I just get weird dreams, typical pregnancy dreams. Like my baby turns into someone elses or else has something ridiculous wrong with him like a pink rabbit nose and whiskers. Either that or scary nightmares. No sex dreams (i wish though). Although I do have to say that I have never had this many dreams that I could remember in my life. :lol:

actually I also had these dilemma last week as I dreamt of sleeping with another guy not my hubby and whats gross is he's really old :oops: I felt so guilty bout my dreamsas it never came across my mind. I had a look on dream dictionary it says something like youre just not happy with your partner but I think it is absolute rubbish as I am so happy with hubby...
Just blame it on the hormones dear :d

:d it is perfectly normal to have those wierd dreams. I have also had very sexual dreams during my pregnancy. They sometimes leave me gulity :( but I also love my hubby very much.

Same here. I love my husband with all my heart. The dreams do make me feel guilty sometimes. Especially with the amount of detail in them, and the fact that I found them so arousing! A good many of the dreams have been about me being with other women. Usually I have never even met the woman in real life. A couple of them have included my husband in a threesome ffm. Yet a couple of others have included me with other men, whom I have never met. I guess a natural reaction when one has such dreams is to question whether or not you would really want to do those things in real life. It isn't as if I would actually do these things irl, but because of them I have even gone as far as asking my husband if he would ever want to do a threesome. His reply was that he has already done that before, and it wasn't a great as everyone makes it out to be. He said he wouldn't want to share me with anyone, just as I wouldn't want to share him with anyone. That is very true.

Dont worry, like kirstensmoms said these dreams are so normal, im third trimester right now and its not as bad but in the beginning some of the stuff I dreamt (like you said very visual.) I would be with other men although im not attracted to other men and I love my hubby although we do have our good and bad days like any normal relationship. Some of the better dreams I had was hubby running my daughter to the rides at a fair and waving everytime she went by etc, I dont know what makes us do this but I do know that their are hormones/chemicals in our brains playing chaos as well as taking some of our brain functions away like memory and so you forget everything(brain shrinking etc) dont worry its goes back to normal after the pregnancy...

You oughta hear the "pregnancy dream my husband had" i think his hormones are messed up too. .L.O.L (how do you make all the letters caps, without the periods) i mean like [b] for bold [i] for ittalicized.?? I looked in my web page(html) stuff, dint find anything. Any way, he had this dream. He dreamed it was 6 baby's(i think my six miscarriages) he says the doc just kept bringing them out. It was such a miracle pple were coming out of the woodwork, to help and to admire this great miracle. When they asked me about it I say--"it is .God, not me, I am just a woman" they were bowing at my feet. All these pple are trying to help with the baby's. Hospital bill is paid in full, my car accident claim comes thru and we have money too. He said they cut me from ribs in the middle to pubic bone, layed all my stuff out on the table.(just seen a show where they delivered 2 in uterus and cut her all the way to take out the heterotopic twin in her abdomen--this show was on tv, after the dream) then he dreams all my sicknesses are gone. Even the carporal tunnel. And instead of looking 44 he says I looked 25. And I was smiling at him and we were holding the baby's, I am holdong 2 in each arm, and he is holding 2 of them. He says he then sees me on trinity broadcast network. Christian tv. You think it is his hormones??? .L.O.L had to share that. It was so vivid when he told me about it. Seemed like one of those dreams you dream all night--or it feels like all night anyway.

Hi I have two ferrets, they are "my children" lol when I was pregnant I had a dream I was breastfeeding my ferrets! Lol i have crazy dreams all the time though. I even have dreams that I sleep with other men, and I would never cheat on my husband!! They are disturbing and recurrant. I dont know why I dream that. I dont tell him b/c I dont want him to worry!

I actually told my hubby about them. For one, it seems they occur most often if I am left having to go to sleep horny. So, when they happened very vividly three nights in a row when we didn't have sex, I finally told him, "you really need to help take care of my needs tonight, because I need to get a handle on these dreams." he asked about what dreams, so I told him. He then just laughed and said, "oh great! My wife is a closet dike!" I told him that he knows one cannot really control what they dream about, and it isn't like I would actually do these things in real life.

Thats funny ive had "lesbian dreams" too. They are pretty cool but I would never do it in real life. I actually feel more guilty about the dreams of other men. Last night I had a dream that I was trying to hook up with my eight grade prom date. Hellooo im 27 now so that was about ten years ago!! In my dream I was really attracted to him but he turned me down. In real life this guy, griffin- was his name was just a friend I didnt even like him like that way back then. Maybe I dreamed that b/c I turned my husband down for sex the other day. I guess I was feeling a little guilty. I dunno.

i had those kinds of dreams they were nuts and about weird people but its normal
