Hi everyone , and happy holidays

i have some weird pain going on today that I can't seem to shake.

You put your hand on your right hip, and slide it along to your back right hip, or about that area.

I don't know what the heck it is, but it is like a throb, or achy feel. Really uncomfortable. I took 2 ibuprofen but nothing is stopping it yet. My period should be due within the next 3-4 days, I am guessing.
I wonder if it is related to that, I haven't had that pain before

anybody have any idea on what it could be? What organs are located on the right lower side of your back arounf the hip region?
