Our Sex Life!?!?! Posted: 12-27-05 17:26pm
Hey ladies! How are you all? Here is my
situation, I am not in to sex like I used
to be. Before I became pregnant and gave
birth to my son, my husband and I used to
have an unbelievable sex life. We used to
make love 2, maybe three times in one day.
Now, it is so hard for me to get in the
mood. My hubby still wants it all the
time, and I feel so bad turning him down.
It's not him that makes me not want to do
it... He is great, he kisses all over me
tells me i'm beautiful, holds me, all of
that... But nothing helps. I find that
after we watch a romantic movie (one with
a sex sceen) I want to have sex. I have
had a few people tell me to invest in a
few porno's but seeing as though we are a
christian couple... I don't think it's
right. Does any one know anything I could
do? I mean... I want to please my
husband the way a wife should please her
husband but I can't do that if i'm never
in the mood to have sex!

Maybe you can try watching some soft core
porn. I understand if you feel guilty
about it, but look at it this way...You're
using it in the context of a loving,
committed relationship. It's
understandable to not be in the mood for
sex after having a baby, and I don't see
anything wrong with trying some new things
to rejuvenate your sex life. Sometimes
you just need a little help getting in the
mood :)
here's another idea if you're really
uncomfortable with the idea of porn--how
about some adult board games?

There's one I like a lot that you play in
the tub, called bathtub love. It's a
good one if you like taking baths.
Another one i've tried is called strip
chocolate, and that was pretty good, too.
But to be honest, it's hard to judge
because you don't usually get very far
into the game, if you know what I mean :)
you can order them from drugstore.Com, and
you can read some customer reviews on the
site to give yourself an idea of what you
might like. Good luck, and have fun!

i hear ya sister... I am the same way
latley. I don't want hubby thinking that
he doesn't turn me on anymore, I just
don't like it that much right now. My
baby is almost 9 months old. I wish
there was osmehting I could do to make
myself a little hornier....

yes, we love taking baths. The only
problem is, we don't have a very large
tub! I will check out that site!

that at this age, i'd be wanting sex all

hey there, I am 26 and my baby is almost
nine months, a little boy named nathan.
Just in the last couple of months I
started getting like this. He likes it
first thing in the morning as soon as we
open our eyes. The first thing I want is
a shower..Not sex!!!
I like it at night before going to sleep.
It seems like whenever we do , do it, I
hear my baby squaking in his crib, and
totally takes the mood away. I can't lay
there and have sex, while my baby is
babbling and talking away in the room
beside us.

thing! Just think about having the baby
in the room with you! Yep, we live in a
one bedroom apartment.... So when my
hubby and I have sex we either have to be
very quite or go into the living room. I
guess that kind of dampens the mood! Lol!
I used to want it first thing in the
morining alos, bad not any more... I
don't know what's the matter with me. I
think i'm going to ask my doctor about it,
if I can get the nerve to! Anyways, is
your son walking yet? My little one just
started to sit up all by himself about two
weeks ago and he has 7 teeth already!! He
is growing so so fast... I can't belive
it has already been 5 months. I wanted to
ask you, did your teeth get bad during
pregnancy. Alot of womens do... Mine did
and they hurt like crazy! Well, it was
great talking with you, hope to hear from

Hey....My teeth didn't get bad as in
"rotten" or anything...They got really
sensitive, and I got a slight case of
gingivitis which cleared up fast
afterwards. No, nathan is not walking
he is sitting upwards though. When he
wants something he lunges forward for it,
and can't straight himself. He has this
god aweful screach that comes out of him.
When he falls and can't get up. He
isn't even crawling yet. The doctor says
that thats normal. They all do it at
there own pace.
Have your periods got back to normal yet?
My are still screwed up. So far in the
last nine months, I have been thinking
that I was pregnant agian 3 times because
they are so messed. This month I am late
again. I hope there is nothing awrong
with me.

Hey sam!! Yep, babies do all grow at
their own pace... Your little guy is
going to take off before you know it. I
don't think my son (ryley) is ever going
to crawl because every time I put him down
on his belly he throws the biggest fit and
wants to be upright again! He'll never
learn as long as he does that. He gets
sooo mad that he can't get around on his
own yet, I can't wait until he can just so
he'll stop being so whiny. My periods
have been alot worse. Like heavier (more
clots and stuff). I just started the
"mini pill" three days ago so i'm hoping
that will lighten it up. You aren't on
any typr of birth control. My hubby and I
were using condoms at first but they kept
breaking so I had to do something. I love
my son to death but I never want anymore
after rasing this one... It's too hard.
Ryley is just going threw this cry baby
stage. He fusses all the time... It's
liek I can't keep him occupied! Anyways,
i'm not trying to bore you so i'll stop
