I seem to get this things on my sack
sometime, kinda like pimples, or pimples
iguess. Not that freaky maybe one in 3
months, I was showing this afternoon, and
felt a bump one the underside of my sack
beside the thigh, I could feel like a like
rock size object smaller then half a
peanut, I could see there was a little
white type that looked like that is where
the puzz or what ever white stuff inside
would come out, is this normal, is in the
skin wall of the sack, and not connected
to the testical, is this primple, or
should I start worrying?

The ones on your sdrotum are normal...
Now the one on your leg, I dono.....
Could be an ingrown hair, those can get
pretty bad like that if they go for a
while.
