Having ten thousand times the regular amount of all body fluids during pregnancy is normal. I was one of those people who never had to blow my nose (unless i'd been crying) now it seems like it's all I do. The sleeping part is definitely normal. It's like you can never get enough sleep. I'm into the second trimester now and everyone says that you get your energy back. I haven't gotten mine back yet but maybe i'm still to early into it yet...
