Yes, it can. Which is why you shouldn't use the pull out method if you don't really want to get pregnant.

Pre cum very much can get you pregnant and as poohbear said if your not trying to have kids any time soon I definatley would not trust the pull out method. If you don't wan't to drive yourself crazy worrying about this then use protection and thats not even a 100% accurate. The only way you can be absolutely positive that your not going to get pregnant is by not having sex.

Well whatever you say.. Maybe I was exexaggerating a little when I said 10 minutes but most guys don't even feel pre cum and pre cum usually takes place as you are about to ejaculate. But whatever, your sisters 35 she can take care of herself.. If she feels shes being 100% safe by
"pulling out before he even pre cums" then so be it.... Heres something I read about pre cum though-------most men in fact do have an emission of a small amount of fluid before ejaculation. It is a clear discharge that can have a high concentration of sperm. This is called pre-ejaculatory fluid, also know as pre-ejaculation or pre-cum. This fluid is released during sexual arousal, and is general not felt by the male, so I doubt if your boyfriend would have realized. This is why the pull out method is simply not a reliable or effective form of birth control.

I know this might be old---but it comes from medical site on the internet--i dont know where!!

Quote:
it is possible to become pregnant while engaging in sexual intercourse while fully clothed, if the man ejaculates and the semen soaks through the clothing and reach your vagina. You are at greatest risk if the clothing is thin and you rub together for a long time after he ejaculates. Regardless of whether your bodies are separated by material, clothing is not a form of birth control. Clothing does not prevent semen form entering the vagina. The only protection from pregnancy is the consistent use of some form of birth control, such as "the pill" or condoms.

If semen is ejaculated or rubbed near the vagina, there is a chance of pregnancy if some sperm find their way inside the vaginal canal.

...But cloth that is loosely woven is more easily penetrable. If you still have concerns, make sure semen does not land near the vagina regardless of whether both of you are clothed; and if that does happen, change clothes immediately and rinse yourself off thoroughly.

In practice, however, risks cannot be ruled out if he ejaculates on or near your vaginal opening. As long as neither you nor your partner has any traces of semen on your hands or other body parts used to stimulate each other, the risk of pregnancy should be small. But, say for example, the male stimulates himself, ejaculates in his hand, then proceeds to stimulate the female with his hand; there is a chance that sperm can find their way into the vagina.

so, how safe would the pull out method really be???? Right?

Hey, my daughter was successful using it (pull out method)also for about a year. But I guess it just wasnt her time to get pregnant.

"arousal Fluid"
Posted: 12-29-05 14:24pm

Yeah, that is what I was talking about...The lubrication he releases at the very beginning, when he gets aroused. I was wondering if it contains sperm that could get me pg? I have been married almost 10 years & recently went off of hormones cuz of problems with them, and I was considering using this as a form of birth control since it worked so well for my sis...Not sure what to do...???

Yea I don't think I would be able to do that either......... Your husband can always get a vasectomy. I don't think he would be thrilled about that one though.

Your sister was just lucky. We used pull out for 2 years and i'm four and a half months pregnant. And my husband pulled wwwaaaayyyy out before he even came close. And that was no exaggeration about the amount of time between pre ejaculate and ejaculation mommi2bee.

there is no fluid other then precum (when you are doing sexual activities) precum is that clear liquid that dribbles out in small and sometimes large ammounts. There is always sperm in that.

Oh, ok, maybe i'm just ignorant about this subject...I thought pre-cum was the clear stuff right before the ejaculation...? Like immediately before.
