Danny, I have also tried the eft (thanks
to the advice of cocreative)...It has
helped me out a lot also! If I am feeling
a bout of anxiety I just go through the
whole sequence and it really seems to calm
me down and bring me back to a good state
if mind. I would try it if I were you,
it's completely natural and no harm can
come of it. Let me know how it works for
you.

Has anyone ever had anxiety over the fact
that it worked so well? Hahah right now
i'm laughing at myself because of how I
feel after doing this. I'm almost
feeling anxious that I don't feel anxious.
i went though the sequence tonight for the
first time, this time trying to tackle my
anxiety issues with my heart and such. I
didn't feel immediate relief of physical
symptoms, but I did have a huge increase
in writing off my negative thoughts.
Like right now i'm seriously trying to
feel anxious about my chest pains, and
neck/back/arm twitches, but my mind won't
let me. Call me a believer.
Eft is amazing... I'm seriously a
skeptic, and i'd be one to make fun of
something like this, but being desperate,
I tried it, and it freakin' works. I
can't believe it...

I have been doing eft for about a month.
I only get anxious every few weeks now
thanks to personal development and a lot
of self exceptance.
I find that doing the tapping on one
particular problem at a time instead of
just anxiety helps a lot. If nothing it
takes your mind off the problem at hand!
Please read a book by clarie weekes hope
and help for your nerves!!! This is great
and will help anyone that takes the time
to read it!
