YES, there is a possibility that a girl becomes pregnant even if her partner pulls his penis out of her vagina before ejaculation. This method for contraception is not so safe because spermatozoids are present in the urethral liquid (liquid that comes out of the penis before the sperm). Another reason to not rely fully upon this method of contraception is that sometimes the penis may not be pulled out on time. There are more secure methods for contraception like using condoms, oral contraception (hormone regulating pills) and intra-uterine devices (IUDs). A gynecologist will help advise you and your sexual partner about using the right contraceptive method for both of you.
