This happened once b4 maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago.. And it just happened again yesterday.. On my left breast just below my nipple (which has been very dry and cracking and I dunno why) I noticed this very white blister.. I touch it and it "pops" this one wasnt as bad as the first one.. The first one bled for a while after it popped and it was bigger.. I dunno what this is. Has this happened to anyone else before? Should I be concerned. I am a little over 5 and a half months with my first. Im only 17 I dont know much about being pregnant at all.

If it is a small blister it could be the montgomery glads which fill up when pregnant. They expell a cleaning agent for the breast and keep them soft. I have noticed my skin is a lot more oily on my boobs and belly too since, dont know if it is from the montgomerys or not.

Should not use anything other than water when washing your breasts. And not suppose to pop the montgomery gland "pimples" they break open on their own when they need too.

Do you wash them with soap?? Could cause the dryness, or maybe they just need some lotion, idk. I dont know if you are talking about the montgomery glands or not. Maybe call and ask your .Dr about it. Or wait til next visit.

The darkness is from the pregnancy--or could be.

Is it painful??

No, it doesnt hurt..
The sores are like little white blisters.. But very white.. Different from a blister u would get anywhere else..
And the area around my nipple is getting darker, theres like blotches of skin on my boob thats the same color as my nipple.. But none of this is happening to my other breast.. I am so confused

It can happen to one or the other during different times in the pregnancy. Or it can only happen to one, or the other, or to both. Remember everyone is different---every pregnancy is different.
