Q: Cramps Or Contractions?

Having menstrual like cramps, could it be contractions? Not regular. Someone please help!

It could be cramps, it could be braxton hicks contractions. And at 36 weeks it could also be the real thing. If they become really hard, around 5 minutes apart, and they do not stop with resting, then it is the real thing.
