Hi I am 39 weeks pregnant and sick of it!
I just want the baby to come already have
heard there are some ways to help induce
labour yourself at home if anyone knows of
any that are safe please let me know.

Firstly be thankful you have been able to
carry your child this far!
A full term pregnancy is 40 weeks, i'm
sorry you feel you have to rush this.
The safest way is walking - yup just walk
and walk. Most "remedies" are actually
dangerous to you and your child.
If you really can't bear it get and see
your doctor.

I know a few people who on their due date
or few days later, ate a really hot curry,
and that night they went into labour. Try
that.
