Hello. My baby is teething really bad. And he is having a lot of dirty, dirty, dirty diapers. Also at the base of his genitiles, is really swollen and red. Is that normal or should I call the doctor?

I would call dr just to make sure. Has he been crying a lot lately??? Before the swollen and red area?? The red is prolly from the shytty diapers, but the swollen could be something else.
