I have found a clinic in Tennessee that
ships the HCG. I have been on the program
and can state that I have lost the inches
in the stomach, hips, thigh, under arm,
chin, and back of the neck. All the areas
that would come off last with normal
weight loss program. It is a complete
program that guides you through the
process with everything you need (the
product comes ready to inject and give you

I drink a lot of water. 3t lemon in a
little water in the am first thing after I
weigh. Then 4t lemon in a qt of water in
the am. Then at least a qt of water
threoughout the day. I also drink tea
(yerba Mate is my favorite) and it
supposedly speads up metabolism. I add
stevia a little to take away from the
bitterness of the lemon. So far so good.
How are you doing noe that you have been
on it awahile. I eat 500 calories a day.
Always a protien, veggie and apple every
meal (lunch and dinner). How is yor diet?
Good luck and hang tough. It will be worth
it at the end when you look fabulous,

Hi everyone, I am expecting my shots in
the mail tomorrow! I ordered from Native
Healing, and I am very excited, but scared
to death!! What if I fail??? I am
starting out doing them for only 2 weeks,
because we are going to Hawaii for 10
days, then I will start full force for a
hot bod by spring!!
I was wondering if there are any tips to
help with the first few transition day?

I am on my 2nd time doing the hcg diet.
1st time I did it I got injections and
lost 23 lbs. I had hoped to lose more but
was still pleased. This time I am doing
sublingual. It is so much easier than
having to go get the shots every day. If
you are thinking about doing this diet,
please get all the info you can. You can
make mistakes and not lose weight if you
don't follow the protocol. Go to
hcgmedica.com and download Dr. Simeons
protocol. I am using the product releena
now and there are some changes in the
diet. Differences are allowing oranges
and a couple of other vegtables. I hope
they don't effect my weight loss. Also,
I'm concerned by the people staying on the
hcg for longer than 45 days max. You can
become resistant to the hcg. I have
waited over 2 months to do it again.
Simeons gives instructions on timing for
those wanting to do more than one cycle.
The clinic I'm went to to get my hcg will
allow me to keep coming back for months
and months until I lose all the weight I
want. Luckily, I have done my homework
and know what the original protocol is. I
worry about the people going to clinics or
drs. that haven't studied Simeons protocol
or any changes to it that have been
studied and tested. The best part is even
though 500 calories sounds crazy, hcg
causes the body to release stored fat that
is used by the body so you are really
running on between 1700-2000 calories a
day, leaving me NOT hungry. The first few
days after fat loading days are a little
rough after all that food but in a few
days hunger is greatly reduced and eating
only 500 calories is easy. Also remember
when Simeons first wrote the protocol, all
our food was not mass produced and
pesticides and added hormones, antibiotis
etc..were not used. Try to eat organic
when you can, at the very least eat all
natural and meats without growth hormones
or antibiotics. I try to eat only
grassfed beef (cows are supposed to be in
a pasture eating grass not in feed lots
eating corn and other byproducts) the
grassfed beef is lower in fat, higher in
Omega 3,6& 9 fatty acids and the
chance for e-coli is slim. And is you
haven't eaten organic fruit, then you
haven't really had good fruit. I was
amazed by the taste. Recently I was on
vacation and ate an apple, the flavor was
so weak compared to the organic apples I
have been eating. Amazing. Anyway, good
luck to anyone on the diet. I wish you
lots of lost pounds.

Hi all, after 5 months of researching and
surfing the web, I went with native
healing ways out of TN. My dr. actually
suggested it all those months ago b/c his
chiropractor and secretary had great
success.
I started the shots on monday and it's
Friday. I've lost 6lbs, which I know is
H2O and maybe a bit of the dreaded fat.
 Like everyone has
stated, I'm not getting the mental hungry
at all. Like last night, I was over the
food serving at a big event, I didn't even
cheat once!! And the food was good and my
stomach even growled. But since I was not
being overrun mentally, I was able to make
wise decisions last night.

was too nervous about the mixing and

of their shots which is nice. I may go to

energy than we use, which results in the
unsightly storages around the body.

I feel confident that it's safe. Both my
dr. and his wife are doing it and I trust
him. If it's not, well, it can't be any

about to stop using deodorant!

Warning to those looking to try HCG. I've
been taking it for several weeks. I've
been losing weight incredibly... but I
found a lump on my breast recently. More
testing is upcomming.
After internet searches found out the HCG
basically protects cancerous tumors from
your own immune cells. Linked with
ovarian cancer, breast cancer, as well as
others.
This is what the weight loss centers who
are selling the program don't tell you.

Come on everyone. I'm sure that high
doses of HCG might have these side effects
or possibly protect cancer cells but the
amount of hcg used in this diet is so
small. Pregnant women are flooded with
HCG during their entire pregnancy and as
far as I know Pregnancy has not been shown
to cause cancer. Don't join the alarmists,
this diet works and if done properly does
not have any side effects. I would highly
recommend however not taking any diet
pills or drugs with it as this goes
against the whole principle of this diet
which is to put your body in balance and
restore proper functioning of the
hypothymus. Diet pills are toxic and will
just put your body out of whack. They
might help you lose faster but if you
don't put your body in balance you're just
going to gain it back.

I ordered my shots from overseas through
an internet drug escrow service. i didn't
have any problems, I used a credit card.
I've heard of scams with companies asking
for money orders or wire transfers so
don't use those. There is also a pharmacy
in Florida that does blood tests(they
order them and you send them in)that will
then prescribe the hcg and send it in the
mail along with the other supplies you
need. More expensive but very efficient.
Do an internet search for hcg and these
will come up.
