Birth Control Question
Posted: 01-05-06 13:05pm

I have been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 21 days straight. I need to know if sore breasts and increase breast size are a side effect. Also my stomach seems swollen, are these because of the birth control, or should I take a pregnancy test?

Yes, all these symptoms are side effects of contraceptive pills. Soon you can expect menstruation (unless you have already been through your cycle). You can take a pregnancy test if you want to be sure that you are not pregnant.
