So anyways I went to a well baby check up
today with a health nurse.
The last time I went was a month ago.
Nathan hasn't gained any weight, infact,
he has lost 3 ounces.
Is that normal? I figured he would be
atleast 2 lbs heavier.
Well I am not sure how old he is...Some
babies especially newborns gain weight and
then loose it really fast. But if your
doctor didn't seem to concerned about it
then I don't think you need to be. Good

I would not even worry about it. I have a
two you old daughter and she was 75% above
average on her height when she was a year.
I cried thinking she was going to be
made fun of cause she was so tall. 1
year later and she is the same size as all
of the other kids.. I think she also
lost 1 lbs after I bought her home from
the hospital.

I tried to breast feed our daughter and I
did not have enough milk. So when she
lost 1 lbs I switch to formula. I would
say the same thing if the doc is not
concerned you should not worry either.
