What would happen if your pregnant and
take an entire months worth of Birth
control pills?? Would this make you have a
miscarriage? How long before the bleeding
would start? A friend of mine said that
she did it and I was wondering how safe it
is.

Consuming 30 birth control pills will not
provoke miscarriage. If your friend
received vaginal bleeding after she had
taken such big dose of pills, she probably
wasn't pregnant from the start. High doses
of sex hormones (contained in birth
control-pills) can provoke vaginal
bleeding OR stop vaginal bleeding, but
only in NON-PREGNANT women. Pregnant women
already have high amounts of sex hormones
in their blood. I don’t agree that
taking such big doses of contraceptive
pills is without risk ,especially in women
with disturbed venous circulation of the
lower limbs and in those who smoke. If you
don’t want to have a baby, you can seek
advice from your gynecologist or ask for
an artificial abortion.
