I have written before about a similar problem, and I cannot wait to ask my doc next week I want to understand now if possible.
I have been having headaches, but I have figured that it has something to do with my medication. I had an eye exam yesterday and the doc said that I need glasses, which is also causing headaches.
When people focus our eyes turn inward, mine only turn in half way. If that makes sence. The muscles in my eyes are lazy and therefore I have eye strain and headaches. I had a hard time seeing some of the letters on the wall that they get you to read off. I was mixing some up. I didn't know my eyes were so bad.
But anyways, I was in the washroom earlier getting ready for bed, and when I looked in the mirror I noticed my right pupil is more dilated than the left and it is reacting to light slower. Does this have something to do with my medications (apo-propranolol, celexa, and ativan) or my muscles in my eyes? I am worried. I have been told that the eye doc would pick up on anything neurological but I do not understand why my eyes are doing this. They never have before.

Any replies would be appreciated, so I can relax.
Thank you

I have heard that meds of that nature can affect your eye sight. My aunt, who is on such drugs, has had to get new glasses every year for three years so far and is told it is only going to get worse. Also hearing is related too. This might be something to do with it but I would suggest getting a second opinion, like a reg doc rather than an eye doc.

Hope this helps some.

I hope that it is just the medication causing these problems with my eyes. I am not experiencing double-vision so that is a plus. But my right eye that is dialating is a little sensitive. It dialated again today at work but as soon as I went outside it went back to normal. It doesn't make sense. I am going to find out soon what is going on.
You know you're on medication to decrease the anxiety but it gives you so many different side effects that are strange in their ways and you begin worrying and stressing about that. A viscious circle if you ask me.

Anyways that is another problem for another time.
Thank you for your reply betsy. Greatly appreciated.
