Has anyone ever gone to the workout place
called curves? I just started going
there, and I would like to know if it
works.

One of the ladies I work with just got a
membership there, she said she can feel
that it has started working, but the
results probably won't show for at least
another couple of weeks. She seems to
really like it.

It's a Gym Like Any Other. Posted: 07-20-06 11:34am
If you do your exercise and don't eat too
many calories, there is no reason why you
shouldn't get results.
Best of luck!

I love curves! It is so fun and quick.
You doing weight trianing with recovery
stations where you jog or dance to keep
your cardio up. So you only workout for
30 mins and get your weight training and
cardio all done at once. Then you spend
10 mins afterwards to cool down and
stretch. I found that the staff was
very helpful... I just started about a
month ago and I can see a difference in my
thighs and arms. Only bad thing is that
it can get pricy at $40 a month. But
its easy to fit into your schedule and
everyone there is really supportive. I
would recomend it
