Birth control affects women differently.
I have never gained weight, but I exercise
everyday and eat right, which you should
be doing anyway. The new lower dose pills
that we have nowadays have less weight
gain than the older higher dose style.
Nuva ring is great because it has the
lowest dose hormones.
