Hello, I have been taking supplements of
both vitamin b12 and iron but my question
is well latetly I have been neglecting
that and skipping a couple of days or more
like weeks and going against what the
doctor recommends but I just don't think I
need it shouldn't my body be able to get
better on it's own I just don't like to
have to take something or more like I have
no interest in doing so I was just
woundering is it dangerous to do so or
should I take the.. I have been
perscribed them for at least 4 months now
and I still have at least one month left
...
