I had an early scan at 5+2 due to previous
ectopic pregnancy. The doctor saw the sac
in the womb so it is not ectopic this
time. But there was definately 2 dark
black areas on the scan that looked the
same. The dr pointed one out and said
that was the sac and tried to do
measurements but it was too small, but
didn't mention the other one. I felt a
bit daft and din't want to ask about it as
I thought if it was twins she would have
said. I have to go back for another scan
next week and i'm terrified as I really
don't think that I could cope with twins
mentally or financially. If anyone else
has had an early scan that turned out to
be twins, I would be grateful to know if
what I saw looks at all ominous! Thanks
