I am 37 and had my tubes tied in '94. I
am currently wanting another child. I
need some advise on how this procedure
works and the cost and if there is
anything I can do on a minumum budjet.
Please respond I am not getting any

Hi,
i don't personally know what's involved in
the procedure but I think an internet
search would help you out.
The procedure is called 'tubal ligation
reversal' , so just type that in and you
should get a heap of different websites
that will explain it all. Here's one
website link that gives you alot of
info.
Hi there,
I had my tubes tied in 1989 I had the
reversal done in 1999 the cost was as
painful as the surgery. I paid 5000.00
which had to be paid up front. Not
covered by insurance. I had the surgery
which they did an incision like a
c-section its major surgery. 3 days in
the hospital and 6 weeks recover time. 1
year latier I got pregnant results was a
etopic pregancy. I had so many test done
I had artificial insemiation. I went to
specialist and they said there was noway I
would get pregnant again and if I did the
chances of another etopic was high. Well
I gave up. Well I got pregnant in dec.
2002 I gave bith to a healthy baby boy. I
went through alot to get him alot of pain
from surgeries the etopic surgery was
major as well same thing as the reversal
was 3 days in the hospital and 6 weeks
recovery it was worth it. My doctors told
me he was a mircle baby. But I think all
babies are works of mircles. I hope that
this has helped you in some way. I would
like to keep in touch with you. I was 41
when I had my baby. So you still have
time.
