When you are pregnant you are subjected to advice from anyone with their 2 cents. What is the weirdest or craziest advice some of you have received or just the silliest thing that has been said to you. This also goes to mothers who already have children.

Ridiculous Advice
I was told not to eat the heel (crust) on my bread because it would make my daughter hairy. go figure.

I was told tons of stupid things. One was not to look at my son upside down as it would cause a seizure, another was not to tickle his feet as it would make him stutter later in life.

One of my friend's mil told her that if her daughter diidn't poop fpr more than 1 week that it would come out of her mouth. Lmao

some people mean well, but c'mon.

Lol that's goofy!! I haven't really gotten advice from anyone, other then how hard it is going to be, etc. And I don't get random strangers touching or gawking my belly either...Haha I hear all these stories about how old ladies and people do that when you are out...But I have never had it happen and I am pretty big. Haha I feel like I am missing out on the pregnancy experiances.

Lol everyone wanted to touch my belly and people stopped me all the time to give advice or ask what I was having. Once I had him, people would stop me to look at him and always asked if I was breastfeeding. I'd never do that, I think it's a personal question-lol

People told me not to eat too much or id gain too much weight. And that is their business how? Why does everyone all of a sudden feel entitled to tell you how to live your life when you are pregnant? I hate that!
