I had a cervical discetomy at c5 - c7
about 5 years ago and was wondering if
pregnancy may cause any new/more future
neck problems.

As far as I am aware, you should not
experiece any neck pain from pregnancy.
It would really surprise me if you can but
I would not be willing to go on a limb and
say it wont happen.
You are more likly to experience thoracic
or lumbar pain. Most experience women
will experience lumbar pain at different
times because your hips will be widening
to prepare for birth.
I wish you all the luck in the world, we
just had our baby in october and it has
been so awesome yet so tiresome. Having a
bad back and being a stay at home dad is
really been tough but I would not trade it
for the world.
