I woke up with swollen itchy eyes that got progressively worse as the day progressed. The skin around my eyes (around my cheek bones to my ears) is red and irritated too. I took an antihistamine but I don't see any great improvement. I wonder if this is an allergic reaction to something. I haven't changed anything in my diet or clothing or hygiene. I'm stumped and uncomfortable. Any ideas?
