Nodules On Neck Posted: 12-28-03 08:41am
Hi there.. Yes, I have a few of these
little, colorless bits of skin on my neck.
I've just been searching for a home
remedy, as i'm sure mine are not
dangerous.
I saw the term skin tags and think this
might describe them more closely.
If I find anything, will let you know.
Oh, I did find a home remedy to put clear
nail polish on them for a week, but not
too sure about that.

Since you're in the uk I doubt that
they're caused by heat unless you have
your home/office really overheated??
I suggest that you try & keep only
cotton anywhere near them, use a medicated
soap, also they may be (sorry about this)
age related &/or menopausal? Have you
changed your perfume, face make-up,
anything that might come into contact with
the area concerned?

One of my roommates had skin tags. They
are little extra growths of skin. They
are harmless - at most annoying if you
keeping hitting them while you are
scratching or something like that. They
can be removed, either accidentally (cut
off while shaving) or by a doctor.
Unfortunately though, in my roommate's
case, some of them would grow back.
