How come you only found out when you were
almost 4 months along?? Unfortunately
drinking during the first trimester can
have serious effects on the baby. That
is when fetal alcohol syndrome comes into
play. Were you drinking a lot? Hard
liquor or beer? I don't know what to
tell you to help ease your mind.

Oi, that is sh*tty. Well you never know.
The baby could come out fine. I'm sure
if you take great care of yourself now, it
will help. Good luck!!!! And

No one can tell youwhat a safe amount is
during pregnancy. But you cant change
the past. Whats important is that you
take the best care possable now. Many
women have had healthy pregnancies when
they drank during pregnancy. At least
the doctor had some reassuring info for
you!
