Just wanted to introduce myself properly.

I'm rhonda, 21 years old and just found out I was pregnant a few days ago. I took a pregnancy test after I was around 10 days late for my period and it came back positive.

I'll be making my first appointment tomorrow to see the doctor about it. I figure i'm about 1 month pregnant by now.

I've already been having morning sickness, quite gassy (i've been burping at the drop of a hat) and just quite exhausted. Is all of this normal this early? I'm very new to this so anything to ease my mind will be quite helpful.

I'm also a little worried because I haven't seen a doctor yet and i'm probably around 1 month along by now and I feel like that's been a long time without having it checked out.

Anyway, i'm glad to be apart of the community and hope I can express my happiness, concerns and share my experience with you guys :)

Congratulations rhonda!

It's normal to be feeling these symptoms so early. Don't worry :)

where i'm from, you don't usually see your obgyn until 3 months, unless it's because of previous complications(miscarriage, stillborn, preterm).

Good luck :)

And things will start to change and will be very noticable to you. Things you normally woudnt pay attention to. :) its a great experience though when you see its heartbeat for teh first time..:) very worth all of it! ;) if ya got any questions I hope I can help :)~

I had a feeling that I was pregnant and my possible mucus plug was disturbed. The next day I took a hpt and it came back negative. Do you think that I really was pregnant or not. Could I have had a miscarriage that soon?
