Awww I am so glad everything is going
great for you! I finished my shopping and
everything has been under the tree for 3
weeks! Lol I had to dust the stuff this
morning! Lol I hate shopping last minutes
because people are crazy! Are the babies
kicking ya alot? What are you doing for
christmas? Staying home or going out?

Haha I was sick so I didnt have a choice
but to shop last minute this year!
Otherwise it woulda been done earlier!
Hahaha yep my little munchkins are kicking
like crazy they're quiet when im walking
or rocking in the rocking chair but thats
about it! Fer christmas we're all having
a big dinner here and then for supper
we're going out to jakes parents for
supper :d yum I cant wait! What are you
guys doing?

We are hosting dinner over here, which
means I get to cook and clean! Lol omg I
just got a package from ups from my dad
and he sent me a huge fleece cat in the
hat blanket and 50 dollars! I was like
dang!! Lol I am soooooo happy I wanted a
huge fleece blanket and I didn't even tell
him and he got in anyway! Woohoo for me!
Lol
that is sooooo sweet that your lil babies
are kicking! I am glad that you are
better now! I can't wait to have a baby
of my own and feel it's kicks!

Well, I wouldn't recommend the atkins
diet, because its bad for your heart, but
maybe try something similar to it, like I
find the best diets is to make up your
own.
Maybe try, cutting your empty carbs in
half, like chips, rice, cakes, etc. Sub
those for other carbs like those in fresh
veggies.
Also I have found out that most of our
weight gain comes from what we drink not
what we eat so maybe drink less soda,
sugar based juices, etc. Try to exercise
about 2-3 times a week, whether it be
brisk walking after or before work or
hitting the gym. I also have a 45 minute
ab workout tape that I never use anymore
and if you want it I can send it to you.

Ok you tell me to not diet but you try not
eatting at all? Trust me anorexia is not
the way at all, then when you begin to eat
you gain twice the weight you should!
Don't give up, its just that some diets
work for some and not for others!

because my "girls" where I work parttime
as a social worker in training (i give
those dolls out to them) and they told me
to take it home to see how they felt. Oh

Lol he was very loud! It was sooo cool
when he cooed though but at 2 am it scared
the crap out of me! Lol thanks for all
the nice things you girls said to me! To
be honest jennifer I miss being 110 lbs
too, but starving myself and hurting my
family isn't even worth it! I am glad
that you eat now!!

Nikki I agree wit u totally!....Im pretty
happy wit myself im average 5'6 /125
pounds....And my baby loves me just how I
am...No matter wat size u are people will
still love u...I love all of u gurls no
matter how big or how small u are!!!
I stay away from diets its so much
work!!....My mom is on one and lost 6
pounds and I didnt notice she was kinda
mad but I told her she was still beautiful
lol!!!
