Is Surgery Abroad a Good Idea? Posted: 01-11-06 19:56pm
It seems to me that the dr's or there
affiliates are the ones recommending it
and saying how good they are. I want to
have some procedures done and of course
would like not to blow my whole savings on
them but at the same time I want it done
right the first time, what do you guys
think?
Whether patients are having cosmetic
surgery abroad or in their home country,
choosing the right surgeon is the single
most important decision they will make.
Favorable exchange rates make for lower
overhead costs and professional fees,
making it possible for surgeons to perform
these surgeries at a fraction of the cost
of the same procedures in the united
states, u.K. And other countries,
without sacrificing quality of care.

i think take my advice and don“t do what
I did...Find people who really know what
they are talking about. I nearly died
from trusting the wrong surgeons but I did
eventually find a fantastic surgeon in
buenos aires (the prices are half that
than in the us) 3 friends have gone since
and also thrilled.
I can email you details if you want, the
people who put me in touch are a non
profit charity in argentina called www.Aestheticargentina.Org
i donated $100 after my surgery as that is
how they keep afloat but to be honest, for
the work they do which is tireless it was
worth every penny. I think they are the
unsung heroes in this industry basically
good luck!

Make Sure You Have All the Information! Posted: 12-07-06 08:21am
Before going into surgery make sure you
have some sort of health insurance or
coverage or else there may be serious
consequences. For e.G if there was a
problem with the procedure, most insurance
companies do not cover the costs for the
revision surgery. Most insurance
companies do not consider plastic surgery
as medical, and thus does not cover it, if
your are truly serious about doing surgery
please send me an email at
and I would provide you with a choice of
companies that I have went with on my
surgery endeavours, and may be of great
help. Contact me soon for more
information. I could also help you
choose a surgeon.
