Lately I have started to do things to keep
healthy. I began exercising, cleaning up
my diet, taking vitamins (multi, b1,
calcium, fish oil, antioxidant, biotin,
folic acid) and a low dose aspirin each
day. Lately though, my legs and feet have
began to have little white blotches all
over them and my feet feel kinda cold
sometimes. Also my legs will feel like the
vein in twitching or there is something
moving through them, kind of a tickly
wierd feeling. The movement also happens
occasionally in my neck, face, lips, and
under my right ribcage. i always have hard
time taking in breath and i always have to
cough by force. i just had blood work and
labs done and they were all normal. what
could be causing this, and are these
symptoms related?

All this symptoms are probably related to
the psyche. You might be suffering from
something that we call somatoform disorder
(code F45) - a kind of neurotic disorder.
All the symptoms felt in somatoform
disorders appear as manifestations of
psycho-emotional conflicts (anxiety). You
may need expert help from a psychiatrist
to find out and solve possible conflicts
and inner turmoil.
