I have had this cramping on the left side
of my uterous. It isn't like a period
cramp and it comes and goes. Could it be
ovulation cramps or something else?? Any
advice is appreciated.

My last period was 12-29, so I am guess
that this is the time around my ovulation.
I have never had these cramps before.
Should I be worried? My friend told me
that it could be ovarian cist. Are those
serious??

It is more than likely your ovulation. I
am 44 years old and I have felt my
ovulation for the past 12 years or so,
dont remember if I did before that or not.
If you are trying to conceive now would
be the best time to get on it. Lol

I would definetly say ovulation. I always
get a very very mild cramping while im
ovulating for one day. I was told by my
ob/gyn (i asked because it didnt begin
until about a year ago) that its very
common for women to feel a mild cramping
on either side of their uterus while
ovulating.
