I had an ultra sound done @ 6 weeks and 5 days due to some bleeding I was having problems with. During the ultra sound the nurse told me my babys heart was beating at 110 beats per min. She didnt seem alarmed, nor did anyone else. Well I returned to work was talking to all the moms about my babys heartbeat and e'thing they all say the heart rate is very low...Even for 6 weeks. One lady said it would go up as the baby developed more and the next ultra sound it would be higer..But now im concerned. I cant stop thinkin about it, I didnt think it was bad, and the nurse didnt seem alarmed...Should I b? Is this normal????

Listen to Your Doc....
If your doctor wasn't alarmed..It was for a reason. Because he/she knows what's good and what's bad. Just wait girlfriend..You're going to hear all kinds of negative things to worry you throughout your entire pregnancy!!!! Just brush off other peoples comments and have a strong faith in your doc. They are the ones with the obgyn degrees.

P.S..The internet is not the place to go for any question dealing with pain or discomfort!! Lol...You'll learn that if you ever decide to venture the murky waters of the web!!

No ...My sons heartbeat did the same thing ...Sometimes I went and it would be 170 other times I would go and it would be 115...Its normal..They will do that ...If its not normal the doctor will let you know and make you come in more often and have it checked ...So dont stress over it ..Been there done that..

Wait.this Happened to Me..be Very Careful
On monday....I started a light bleeding...I went for an ultrasound and my babies heart beat was 100 per min at 12pm in the afternoon.

At 7pm I lost it.I was 8 weeks.Im still devastated....I cry all the time, the baby was everything for me.Well I came back from the hospital around 6 something.I got a really big pain and wheni got off the bed right there I felt it ripping of my uterus. And I lost it.It was the worse moment in my life, not because of the paion but because I lost my precious thing.Be careful....Please be careful.Dont go up stairs, barely stand up from the bed....Your babies heart beat it is too lowits suppose to be 160 per min.Bacause a professional doctor told me personally that same day...Im telling you because of my own experience.Take it easy and be calm if your bleeding continues hurry back to emergency room.

Just stay calm and drink plenty of water...

E-mail me back and tell me wat has been going on..

Take care...Goood luck
