Very interesting situation you have. There
are a few possible explanations for your
period in November... but only a pregnancy
test will help solve this mystery: Let's
narrow your possibilities to two
conditions. ONE: If the pregnancy test is
positive YOU ARE PREGNANT. If you are
pregnant and your last sexual intercourse
was in October then the vaginal bleeding
at the end of November WASN’T A TRUE
MENSTRUATION but a
pseudo-menstruation(fake menstruation). If
you are pregnant and YOU ARE 100% SURE
that your last sexual intercourse was in
October then you are in your 4th month of
pregnancy, which is hard to believe... but
it is possible. If ultrasound measurements
show the second month pregnancy, you
should reconsider your sexual intercourse
history.
TWO: If the pregnancy test is negative,
YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT. If you are not
pregnant then the vaginal bleeding in
November was your last menstruation. If
you have had regular and normal cycles
previously, that means your period is
late. A late period is caused by hormonal
imbalance. Hormonally active ovarian
cysts(folicular/lutein) or ovarian tumors
can disturb the hormonal balance. This
case will need to be further examined by a
gynecologist.
CONCLUSION: You have to take a pregnancy
test to confirm a possible pregnancy and
can then go to your gynecologist either to
confirm the pregnancy and its age(if the
test is positive) or to identify the
reasons for your late period (if the test
is negative).
