A late period is the first (but not 100%
sound) sign of pregnancy. That’s why a
pregnancy has to be confirmed by both a
pregnancy test and an ultrasound to be
certain. Watery discharge is not a sign of
EARLY pregnancy, but it can be a sign of
vaginal infection. You can take a
pregnancy test to find out if you are
pregnant and can then proceed to a
gynecologist for a colposcopy and a
microbiological vaginal smear to check for
infection.
