Fleshy Growth on the Penis and Circumcision Posted: 01-15-06 15:50pm
Hi and hello, I am a 14-year-old
circumsized male with a strange fleshy
growth directly under my urethral
opening.
Basically, it seems to be extra skin, I
can strech it, play with it, ect. and it
doesnt hurt. Over the past year it may or
may not have grown, I cant really remember
how it was when I first noticed, but if it
has grown its grown very little and very
slowly, at least from I can see on the
surface. Additionialy, it doesnt hurt at
all and isnt very sensitive to touch and
pain.
It poses no problems urinating, and no
pain when I do urniate. There is no white
or yellowish discharge and Im quite
puzzled as to what it is. Ive researched a
little bit and havent found anything that
could fit its description 100% correctly.
It doesnt looks like herpes, warts,
blisters, ect. but if had to put my money
on something it would be either skin tags,
gonorrhea, or cancer, but I have no formal
medical training of course.
Is this normal? If not, any adive on what
this could be or is? Most importantly
though, I plan on asking about this next I
have a check-up at the nurse office,
should I wait until then (A couple
months), or schedule something right
away?
Also, Ive never had sexual intercorse or
contact with anyone.

The "fleshy growth" on your penis will
probably give you trouble when you begin
to have sexual contacts. You can ask for
expert help from a urologist, who will
make a thorough physical examination and
review the procedure of your
circumcision.
