I got told I had chlymidea by an ex not so
long ago so went straight to docs to get
it sorted out. After takin the single
dose of medication ive bn havin pains
where my ovaries are. Is it possible
these two are linked and is it possible
that the medication hasnt fully cleared
the infection up??

I would go for a re-check either at the dr
or the std clinic. Claymidia is curable
but you need to make sure it is gone, and
do not have sex with anyone you have
already had sex with until you know they
were checked and cured. It is very bad
if left untreated.

You're lucky your ex told you about it.
My ex, when I was dating him was cheating
on me and I didn't know it until I went to
the doc and found out I had it. Needless
to say.. I dumped him lol.
I took the pills to get rid of it. They
made me feel like crap, and I would have
pains too. I'd go to your doc just to be
safe.
Definitely don't have sex for a while
until you're positive it's cleared up (by
getting another std test). Make sure you
have future guys wear condoms, or go with
them to get tested. Best of luck to you!

My daughter who is 14 went to a clinic
with an infection, mite be climida, she
wont tell me and neither will the doctors,
she was given 500mg eryromycin stearate
and 400mg metronidazole to take for a
week, she's really ill on these tablets
and I dont know what to do cause noone
will tell me what she has. She could have
anything, and the side effects on google
look scarely. Anyone know why someone
would be given these 2 drugs? I cant even
get an answer from my gp.Thanx

Erthromycin is one of the antibiotics
given to someone to clear chlamydia but
thats normally 2 tablets to be taken for
14 days it could just be another
infection. The tablets I was given also
are pescribed for ear infections, skin
problems (acne) n other soft tissue
infections it could b anythin. If shes
ill from the antibiotics u should mayb
take her back to doctors n explain how ill
she is. Hope thats helped
