I've been under so much stress lately-relationships,exam and everything.And when i'm stressed I always overeat on fats.Iknow is bad but I can't help myself.I feel embarressed too,but I don't know other ways to cure the stress.Does anyone know how to deal with this eating problem or other effective ways to deal with stress?I can't carry on like this anymore.Please help
