Hey I forgot to leave out my 7 days chalk

pack.. And after a couple days I realized
I was suppose to have my period and that I
had started my other pack... Some people
told me I will just have my period at the
end of the next pack and it would just be
heavier..Is that true? And does it hurt
you to skipp out on a period? Is it
really bad? Do u knwo the damage it does
to your body?
Help if you can thanks!!!

Skipping your period that way is perfectly
fine. I believe doctors don't recommend
doing it for more than four months
though.
You will have your period at the end of
the next pack, as long as you take the
placebo (inactive) pills. It might be
heavier, it might not. Mine wasn't, at
least I didn't notice it being heavier.
It depends on the person. It doesn't hurt
you to skip a period with bc pills, there
is no damage to your body! Just make sure
you don't skip that last week of pills for
more than 3 or 4 months.
If you've heard of seasonale, it is a
birth control pill that makes you skip
your period for three months I believe.
It just doesn't have any inactive pills.
So it's fine!

I did just that, I took 21 days of pills
and then started on the next pack, now, I
have some really light bleeding, way
lighter than usual, and it's over a week
early. Something to worry about? Any
info is helpful
