Should They Get Their Money Back?? Posted: 01-17-06 07:38am
So there is a class action suit here in
montreal that would allow women who have
gotten abortions in private clinics to get
their money back. Dr morgenthaler
testified yesterday saying they should
because we are a progressive province.
Abortions are covered by medicare (we get
free medical care up here) if they are
done in a hospital or clsc (health clinic)
but can cost from 300-600$ if done in a
private clinic.
I don't think they should get their money
back since they could've opted to go to
the hosp in the first place and made the
decision to go to the private clinic.
What do the rest of you think?

I think abortion should be illegal and
allowed nowhere. Instead of worrying
about getting their "money", they should
worry about the guilt they feel for
killing their child.

I agree as well. It's their choice where
they want to have the abortion done - no
one is telling them to go to one place or
another.

I dont think that they should get there
money bac.. They made their choice now
they should suffer from there actions..
That is what happens when you make thr
wrong choice!!!!

I think they shouldn't get the money back
because they chose to have the procedure
done at a private clinic. It's like the
choice between a private school and a
public school. Both have advantages, but
one happens to be free.

i'm glad you live in a free country.
Where your rights aren't impeded upon, or
made for you!
Let the individual woman deal with her own
guilt and make good with her own god when
the time comes.
As for you, when was the last time you
fostered a child?? The last time you
adopted or even attempted to adopt an
unwanted child??
I'd hate for some lobbyist to step up and
work their little butts off to get
something you hold dear banned or turned
illegal!
