When the temperature drops below 74
degrees I have sneezing, itchy throat,
plugged nose, coughing up phlegm, lack of
energy and feverish feeling, just like I
have a cold coming on. I had this all my
life. Now I am almost 70. I moved from
the northwest to hawaii, but we are living
at a higher elevation and at night it
drops to 70 or below. When the house
warms up I am fine and get my energy
back.
I just wonder if anyone else has this
problem and what they can do about it,
except trying to keep warm of course.
