Implantaion bleeding is when the fertilized egg ( soon to be your baby ) attaches itself to the uterine wall and starts developing. The blood you see is mainly just spotting and its just from the egg burrowing itself into the wall of ur uterus...

If you have implantation bleeding & let say after 3wks you do a preg test will that show up as posistive on your test ?

If you have implantation bleeding.... You most likely ar pregnant. So yea wait about 3 to 4 weeks and take a test. Most people do confuse their implantaion bleeding for periods. But theres a little difference.
