I have been talking to my sister samantha, about me trying to get pregnant, and she is 28 with 3 children..I asked her, to just kind of give me some tips! (sounds stupid!) .. But she told me, that she was on birth control for 4 months, and almost every weekend had sex, and when she got off the pill, she was pregnant!!! How on earth..Im sorry, I have never been on the pill..But can the pill help you get pregnant??

She gave me a piece of paper her doctor gave her.. And this is exactly what it says...

"what if I want to become pregnant?"

the ability to become pregnant returns quickly after you stop taking birth control pills. Most women who desire to become pregnant do so within three months of stopping oral contraceptives. More than 90% are pregnant after one year.

Soo. What im trying to ask if... Could this help me get pregnant? Should I stick with just me and my hubby having sex on my ovulation days? And if bc will help me get pregnant, can someone help me out here and give me a few "tips"..Like how long I should take it..Then stop..And then the best time to have intercourse?

When I was ttc my doctor recommended trying an expectorant, something like mucinex, or something with guaifenesin, it thins cervical mucas and I guess helps conceive. Shortly after I started taking that we got our bfp. Good luck!
