If I was 4 1/2 weeks pregnant on 1/17/06.
My last period started on nov, 23 lasted
for 4 days. When did I conceive?

This does not add up. At all.
They add 2 weeks to the pregnancy. So if
you ovulated 2 weeks after period that
would be the 7th of dec you would have
conceived. But by the 17 of jan you
would be 6 weeks preg---or 8 weeks by the
wheel the .Dr's use.
Now if you go by them saying you are 4 1/2
weeks pregnant--you conceived on the 16th
of dec by ovulation -or the 30th by the
dr's wheel.
