Iam a 22yr old just joined the gym..Had a
small qry regd that we should use some
protective underwear while using gym(
heard that : or our balls , prostate will
enlarge or get swollen..If we donot wear
that
i just brought protective breif..Which has
strings on back used
is that enough ..Pls help...
the breif I brought is covered at the
penis side but open all were else..Its
tight holding my organ tight..Is that
sufficent would it be a problem if I ake
weight ..Note I donot use to exercise
& take weights but am fit...Just
joined 3 weeks back..Started taking light
weights...This week...
