This is my first pregnancy and I was
wondering when the baby should turn and go
head down? I've heard for first time
moms, baby normally doesn't turn until the
last minute. I've also heard they are the
ones the turn faster than others. Does
anyone know anything about this? I know
every pregnancy is different, but there
must be a majority of some sorts. Thanks

My first baby was in the birth canal at 6
months. My second child was head up, at
38 weeks they turned her "manually"--knees
up in the table, and pushing into my
uterus. I had hand print bruises on my
belly. She turned back to breech. The
last day before induction at 42 weeks, she
turned again on her own. Boy did that
hurt.
My last child was head down but "stuck in
my hip bone" he turned to upside down the
day before induction at 42+ weeks. He
was induced 2 different times, at term+
then 2 weeks later. It hurt me really bad
when they waited to full term + to turn
around. It is the most painful, and
uncomfortable thing ever!!!!
