Name I Saw On T.v Posted: 01-22-06 03:24am
I was watching a show last night about
newborn babies and there was a little girl
named krishani (kri-shar-nee) I think its
really pretty, she was indian or sri
lanken or something like that. I wouldn't
use it myself coz we already have a
chrishelle (kri-shell) in the family but
if I did use it I would spell it krisharni
with the r in it so that people would
pronounce it kri-shar-nee not
kri-shay-nee. A good nick name would be
shani or sharni, what does everyone else
think of this name? Like it? Hate it?

Hmm...Well, I lived in india for four
years with my mom, starting when I was
three, and I loved everything about it -
the culture, the music, even the names.
This name sounds indian to me. However, I
don't love it. Maybe that's just me.
Personally, my favorite indian name is
jahanara. :)
