I don't have med ins. I did go to the hospital and they did a urine test but that was when I was 1 day late. I really want to know. I have took many dollar store test

It can take up to 3 weeks past missed period to get a pos on the urine tests. I dont care what they say--4 days before, 1 weeks after missed period, it just depends on the person, .H.C.G levels are different for everyone. Some women never pass the urine test. And a lot of dr's now a days do not do blood test until confirmed urine test--i dont know why?

you should really get a blood test done..Dollar store test ..Are kind of cheap .. Considering you dont have insurance you should try getting a name-brand test and see what it says...But seeing a doctor would be great if you have the money ..Because it might be something else wrong other than pregnancy...

From what I read, hcg is not present in your body until 2 days after implantation. And thats only when it will show on a blood test. It could take 5-7 days after that to show on a urine test. So that "test before your periods due/is due" is based on you a) ovulating on time b) implanting quickly. Which is not the case necessarily, because it can take up to 10 days after conception before the ovum is even implanted.

Melinda sweety wait a week or 2 and see if u get a pos test... If not go to your doctor and ask them to see whats wrong. Dont tell them u think u might be pregnant cause then thats all they will check up on. Just tll them this has never happend before and your scared. They cant deny you any help.

myself, my daughter and daughter in law all kept repeatedly testing, and it took until 3 weeks past missed period to get a positive urine test. Why do you keep badgering me. You dont believe I dont care, but quit being an a$$

your hcg levels might be too low for the hpt test to pick them up.Wait another week and take another test,if it still comes up neg go to the health dep and get a blood test done,they are more accurate.
