Presently,, im 5 feet 7 inches,,, n im
20,,, recently,, I hav been checking out
many web sites, each of em saying that
growing tall will be guaranteed if the
supplements are taken for just a month..
I jus want a suggestion whether this is
true and if so which supplements will you
suggest me ? Or is there a substitute ?

No well .....Oh caca you 20 years old you
might be one of those people that have
been small all through high school and the
have a crazy growth spirt...But other then
that the best supplement is 'milk'

Yeah drink milk! Thats the best way to
grow besides contaminating your body with
useless supplements you dont need
