Will Taking Supplements Help Me Grow Tall? Posted: 01-22-06 14:41pm
Presently,, im 5 feet 7 inches,,, n im
20,,, recently,, I hav been checking out
many web sites, each of em saying that
growing tall will be guaranteed if the
supplements are taken for just a month..
I jus want a suggestion whether this is
true and if so which supplements will you
suggest me ? Or is there a substitute ?

No they will not, and if anyone tries to
tell you any differently it is a bald
faced lie!
There is not a shred of actual scientific
evidence to the contrary and if someone
links you to a miracle supplement website
as proof it will be that companies own
research and not independent and
non-biased.
Be who you are and no one can take that
away from you.

I agree. Eating a good, nutritious, and
balanced diet (including vitamin
supplementation) will help you reach your
full potential.
All the vitamins in the world, however,
won't help you surpass what has been
genetically determined for you, in terms
of height. If you are destined to remain
5' 7" in height, then nothing
will change that.
Accept, be proud of, work with, and make
the most of who you are.
Instead of focusing on those things you
have no control over, why not concentrate
on those areas of your life, over which
you do have some measure of
control (your mind, and your physical
& spiritual health).
Work on being an interesting (read, read,
read), happy, and confident person, with
an infectious enthusiasm for life.
Someone who is a pleasure to be around,
and everything else will fall into
place.
